Terms of Use

Shedyule ("we", "us") is an app built and maintained by Element Software Ltd (element-software.co.uk). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://shedyule.com and https://app.shedyule.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and it.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. If you're signing up on behalf of an agency, business, or other organisation, you're responsible for everyone on your team who uses the Service under your organisation's account.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You're responsible for everything published, scheduled, or sent through your account, including by team members you invite.

New organisations start on a 14-day trial with no card required, as described on our Pricing page. After the trial, your organisation moves to a Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Prices and plan limits are as published on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Don't use the Service to post content that's unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rules of the platforms you connect. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data. Don't use the Service to send spam or to violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or put the Service, other users, or connected platforms at risk.

You retain ownership of the captions, media, and other content you create and schedule through Shedyule ("Your Content"). You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and publish Your Content to the social accounts you connect, solely to provide the Service.

You're responsible for having the rights needed to post Your Content, including any media, music, or third-party material.

Shedyule lets you connect third-party social platforms so you can schedule and publish content through their official APIs. We're not affiliated with, and don't control, these platforms. Connecting an account means you're also agreeing to that platform's own terms — we're not responsible for changes they make to their APIs, features, review processes, or policies (including changes that affect whether or how your content can be auto-published), and features may differ by platform depending on the level of API access each of our own applications has been granted.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical, including where a connected platform changes or restricts its API.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to Element Software Ltd or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

You can close your account at any time from within the product. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or on reasonable notice for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled afterward.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for content published to third-party platforms, for those platforms' availability, API changes, or moderation decisions, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We'll update this page if these Terms change, and update the date below. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
