- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and we'll prorate any difference.
- What counts as a social channel?
- Each connected account counts as one channel — so an Instagram business profile, a LinkedIn company page, and a TikTok account would be three channels.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans run for the year you paid for.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12 — Starter £290/year, Growth £590/year, Agency £990/year. Switch between monthly and annual in checkout.
- What's included in the free trial?
- Every organisation starts with a 14-day Growth trial, no card required. During the trial you can schedule up to 50 posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. X (Twitter) isn't available during the trial — it's included on paid plans and the Free plan once you subscribe or the trial ends.
- What happens when the trial ends?

- Are users and workspaces billed separately?
