- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and we'll prorate any difference.
- What counts as a social channel?
- Each connected account counts as one channel — so an Instagram business profile, a LinkedIn company page, and a TikTok account would be three channels.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Annual billing is on the roadmap — stay tuned. When it launches, annual subscribers will save around two months compared to the monthly rate.
